Class Options & Packages

Personalized to Your Goals

Create a combination of small group classes and semi-private sessions to best fit your personalized health goals! See package options below. 

Fit-in-Forty Small Group Class

Get in and out in a quick 40-minute small group session! We use cardio and resistance training with a combination of several moves adjusted to your skill level. Weight-based options are customized to your goals and readiness.

Semi-Private Sessions

For a slightly longer class, in this 60-minute semi-private session you have more time to perfect form and increase endurance. These sessions are still cardio, resistance, weight-based training, set to your exact needs and goals. 

Postpartum Help

Depending on your pelvic floor concerns, we introduce core strengthening routines and targeted exercises to improve the functionality of your body and get you feeling like yourself again.


We offer real food nutritional coaching to accelerate your training goals. Instead of counting calories, we focus on making changes that are efficient and effective.

Meet Your Trainer

For the first five years as a new mom, I experienced diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. I struggled with low back pain, incontinence, and other uncomfortable postpartum symptoms. With two young children, I thought these issues were just something I had to live with. As a woman who for 20 years followed the latest fitness and health trends, I finally set out to find a solution. Kettlebell training became my primary source of exercise. I gained certification through Strong First and continued down a path of studying a whole body wellness approach. Through research and practice guided by experts Katy Bowman and Dr. Sarah Duvall, DPT, I found a pelvic floor solution that worked. Breathwork is the most important aspect to postpartum correction. Upon learning the “360 breathing” technique and attaining professional certification, I’ve made it my mission to help women overcome these issues and gain back their energy, confidence, and strength. My end goal is to get women moving in a way that will allow them to feel better mentally and physically, getting noticeable results in a manageable amount of time.
